The Sesvenna TirolWool Responsive Skirt is a windproof and water-repellent additional insulation layer for activities such as ski mountaineering and ski touring. Its lightweight, yet durable Durastretch and ripstop nylon outer fabrics are rugged enough for alpine use and have a DWR (durable water repellent) finish. Developed together with leading mountain guides’ organisations in the Alps, TirolWool® Responsive uses wool sourced from Tirolean mountain sheep – the mountain environment produces a wool with higher insulation properties. Thanks to a special Oxy-wash treatment the wool is soft, odourless and breathable. We blend the wool with polyester fibres, enhanced with thermo-reactive Responsive minerals that recycle far infrared energy back to the body to stimulate the blood & oxygen flow, benefitting performance and recovery. As a result, it keeps you warmer for longer. The Sesvenna TirolWool® Responsive Skirt really is the ideal extra layer for colder conditions and it will help keep your body core and upper legs warm even when wet. The zippered side opening ensures a rapid on and off motion and the flat waist has a practical side button fastener. It packs down small into its own inside pocket to disappear in your pack when not in use.
